APEROL SPRITZ + STEVIE NICKS

CAMPERDOWN, NSW

One of Sydney's coveted industrial warehouse conversions, The ‘Grace’ Building in Camperdown, was originally featured on the cover of Vogue Living for its innovative design, natural materials, and seamless interaction of new and original elements.

Leaning into the existing palette, the style concept elevated a contemporary Australian interior with urban/industrial elements, a balance of masculine and feminine characteristics, and finishing personal touches that celebrated the owner's love of music.

This loft studio is a compact 51sm, requiring a unique approach to spatial planning and a prioritisation informed by lifestyle, habit and daily needs.

While unconventional, the removal of a disused dining space allowed greater flow without compromise and an opportunity to capitalise on every part of the space. This project also included interior design and product selections for the main bathroom that resonated with the current owner and appealed to potential future buyers.
